Using raw materials from leading European brands of powder paints and the like, tamoz^© has a highly experienced technical team and a testing lab with equipment, ensured by a quality control throughout the various stages of the powder coating process, where Quality control is assured in accordance with Qualicoat quality standards in the treatment of surface powder coating of aluminium profiles.

In the powder coating process, the aluminium profiles are subject to several tests and trials, namely: Brightness | Adherence | Penetration Hardness | Inlay Resistance | Impact Test | Folding with Round Mandrel | Coating Thickness | Tone | Machu Test Bath.

tamoz^© ensures quality control during the manufacturing process and of the final product, through:

• its internal lab, which verifies the quality of the various stages of the powder coating process, thus ensuring final product quality,
• a number of checkpoints along the powder coating and packaging processes.
