Powder Coating

tamoz© has two horizontal powder coating lines, for a swifter response in bringing to the market a greater number of colour options, selected by catalog or specific order.

Powder coating is a process used for the surface treatment of aluminium profiles, through a painting process using thermally hardened polyester dust, applied after a pre-treatment cycle, whose main purpose is to protect and prepare aluminium profiles for painting.

The resulting coating is called powder coating, and its layer should be thicker than 60µm.
